All our cakes are baked fresh using premium quality ingredients, they are made within two days of your event and covered to seal in freshness. All our cakes, cupcakes and cookies are available in organic, using premium certified organic ingredients. Do you have a food sensitivity or allergy? We now have sugar free, gluten free and dairy free flavours available, see the list below items are make with an *. No bulk mixes are used , no preservatives are added and we never freeze our cakes for later! 
 

 


The mud/fruit cake flavours listed below are recommended for larger cakes
and tiered cakes.
Mud Cakes/Tiered cakes

 Mississippi Mud - Rich dark chocolate cake with or without  a traditional dash of bourbon, perfect with dark chocolate ganache. *GF                                                             
Chocolate Cheesecake - Choc mud swirled with vanilla ricotta cheesecake before baking no need for filling on this one. * GF available
White Chocolate - Moist vanilla white chocolate cake with chopped pecans or fresh raspberries folded through, great with white chocolate ganache. *GF
Hazelnut & Chocolate - Ground, roasted hazelnuts in dark chocolate mud  with hazelnut praline ganache. * GF available.
Raspberry & Almond - Delicious moist fluffy vanilla almond cake with fresh berries folded through. * GF, SF, DF available
Hummingbird - Fresh fruity cake with pineapple, banana, apple and  a hint of cinnamon and ginger, amazing with pineapple creamcheese frosting. * GF,SF, DF available.
Carrot, Orange & Walnut - Moist carrot cake with a hint of fresh orange, cinnamon, nutmeg and chopped walnuts, orange creamcheese frosting is a must.

Banana and Macadamia - Sweet banana cake with a little nutmeg and chopped macadamia nuts, caramel buttercream frosting is a perfect match. * GF, SF available.
Lemon & Sour cream - fresh zesty lemon cake with sour cream and sour cram frosting. * GF, SF available.
Almond & Blueberry - A delicious fluffy vanilla cake filled with moist organic almond meal and juicy sweet blueberries. * GF, SF available.

Brandy and Macadamia - Golden fruit cake with whole macadamia nuts infused with brandy. *GF
Berry, Fig and Almond - Light coloured fruity cake with berries, baby figs and blanched almonds, infused with sweet sherry.
